Brexit - Lets just wait??

It’s a waiting game now??

Is that not what the captain of the “Titanic” said??

What exactly is everyone waiting for? In nature, animal instinct in time of trouble is to run, it is to get out and get out as fast as you can, rats are always the first ones off a sinking ship, why? Because they know that's their best chance of survival, if you wait, then you are likely to get sucked in with everything else going down!

There are a lot of uncertainties regarding Brexit, many variables and factors that leave unanswerable questions, just opinions. What I am certain of, is that there will be only two outcomes, in the short to medium term, one it will remain the same, or two it will get worse. How long it will get worse for again depends on many factors, it could be 6 months, it could be 6 years, we just don't know, currently there are just too many variables to make accurate predictions.

Housing markets hate uncertainty, everyone decides to wait. Clearly waiting is actually the riskiest option when what you have now, is likely to be the best possible outcome and what you could have by waiting is something much worse? Firmly planting your head in the sand does not stop what's going to happen, happening, what it does  do is positions your backside perfectly to get kicked and you not see it coming......

Listen to your instincts, get the best you can, while you can, waiting for a crash that you know is more than likely is a bad decision, whatever way you dress it up. Having tried and failed is a much better feeling than having never tried in the first place.

The last thing you want to be saying in 12 months is "I wish", that means you made the wrong decision or failed to try.........
